In the unlikely event that you receive an item/s that has damaged during shipping or an item that is faulty in any way, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) so we may assess the situation and arrange for an exchange, replacement or refund.
Should a refund then be applicable, this will be done within 7 days of us receiving the goods.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items to us for a prompt refund or exchange. The following limits apply for returns:
All products returned are for the customer’s account and we will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any products during the return process.
Please note that if items are sent back immediately with the courier company that is delivering, the cost of the return will be deducted from the refund.Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges).

Items and packaging must be received in new saleable condition and must include all original items, parts and manuals
Return package must include copy the original invoice. We reserves the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee or refuse the return should the above conditions not be met. All goods are subject to manufacturer warranty. Life time warranty items will be covered for problems relating to material defects, faulty workmanship and non-normal wear and tear. Life time warranties do not cover movable working part items, negligent or inappropriate application and will be assest by the importer- their desicion is final.
Should we quote you on goods that are specially imported and/or manufactured for you, and you accept the quote via payment or by an official order, it means that your order is Non Cancellable and the goods are Non Returnable.
